Rules to follow to protect your children :

Ask any officer, worker you are approached by who they have taken their OATH TO.  Have them repeat their oath of which they are operating under. If they will not or if  it is not an oath to "We The People" these officers/workers are masquerading/misrepresenting themselves which is fraud at highest level

Record any communication about your child even as to where it pertains at schools, daycare, hospitals, in which you are involved, discreetly mentioning the day, time, reason, and people present. You do not need to ask permission to do this, case law confirms this.  Place an app on your phone now to be prepared to record, which will allow you to record with screen off.  Voice recorder  applications are found in all Android and iPhone app stores.

It is crucial to keep CPS/CAS officials from entering your home without just cause. These officers cannot legally infiltrate your property without:
•	Obtaining proper authorization.
To lawfully step into your premises, they require a court order or a firm belief in immediate danger to your child. They cannot coerce you into accepting a drug test unless a court order prompts it. Do not yield to any type of emotional manipulation they might use.

Never sign a document without consulting IICFS,
 even under threat. Employees often arrive to take children without proper documentation, accompanied by the police as a means of intimidation.

You must know your rights and those of your children.

Upon being approached by any CPS/CAS officer identify yourself as Indigenous.  Repeatedly!
Then notify them that your family and children fall under your Tribes own Self-governance.
Give them IICFS contact information.   From there your conversation should end. No more questions answered.

To help families who are already past this and are currently,                                                                                                                 
searching for their missing children. 
The registration of the missing children case in its own court, i.e. the AIN         Court, which has a higher jurisdiction than the ordinary colonial courts.

The communication with partners across the country; drafting Press Releases for stakeholders across the Globe in the search for missing children; and finally
 rendering judgments against fraudulent stakeholders, agents, lawyers, judges and police officers.
In the fall of 2023, AIN was able to find a little boy who had disappeared a few days earlier in a Calgary tunnel. Connection and community are everything. Every second counts, of which we must align and stand as one in finding these children.

Then have a Trademark put on the name of your missing child - or before if you can - and the names of your other children. This teaching comes from David Lester Straight, an American Sovereign (aka American State National) who had his children stolen too. He quickly learned how the corrupt system worked. In the USA, 800,000 children go missing EVERY YEAR. Yes, you read that right: and many of those were in the care of the Sate.

Take back your rights to your children by making them commercial and registering Trademarks on them. With trademarks, you can then have your child(ren)'s name printed on T-shirts, caps, sweaters, or other items to prove that you have the first and main title to the child. You can also sell these goods with YOUR CHILD'S NAME on your own website to prove that you are trading internationally.

This is international commercial law and will work in your favor. Remember, these governments are just that: private commercial corporations.   Governments are not in it for you, they're in it for themselves, i.e. making money off your child is their only interest. The best example of a successful trademark is that of basketball player Michael Jordan. His lawyers had registered a trade mark on his LEGAL NAME (in UPPERCASE letters)

When the police handed him the ticket, all he had to do was hand it over to his lawyers, who asserted their Trade mark right on his NAME IN CAPITAL LETTERS, which they had previously registered in COPYRIGHT and Trade mark before going to court. The case was suspended instantly.  You will control the jurisdiction of the child's Seal (and Trade!) if you have it in hand in court and elsewhere. Case dismissed instantly.

Furthermore, establishing a Family Trust, which could be named after you (e.g., 'YOUR NAME Trust') or represent your heritage (such as 'Indigenous Peoples Trust'), is advised. This protects your assets, which in maritime law, include your children - thus integrating them into the system. It also safeguards your legal heirs and assigns.
